Biography: Danielle Binette  

Danielle Binette was born in Drummondville, Quebec and it was at a very young age that she began to explore various techniques and materials. Then, from 1985 to 1989, she took drawing and painting lessons at both the “Ateliers Imagine” in Quebec and also at the “Moulin des Arts” in St-Etienne-de-Lauzon. In 1989, she enrolled in the Visual Arts program at Laval University. 

Danielle enjoys creating her works in oil, acrylic and collage or mix media. She was recognized in the Canadian Biennial Guide put out by Magazin’art where she and  her peers won 2nd prize in the highly estimate acquisition contest in Charlesbourg. Her works have been purchased for collections by Deblois et Associates and many private collections throughout North America.
